Meet The Staff
Kari, Dental Hygienist
Kari is a Dental Hygienist at the practice. She received her RDH degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2002. She has been with the practice since 2005.
Kari is an expert clinician who stays up-to-date with continuing education in the dental hygiene field. She has received advanced training regarding OSHA regulations, and she is CPR certified. Kari prides herself in doing a thorough job cleaning her patient’s teeth. She enjoys building relationships with her patients while helping them to maintain healthy teeth and gums.
Kari is married, and she and her husband have two daughters. She loves being a mom. In her free-time, Kari enjoys the outdoors, going for family walks, and traveling. Kari is an active volunteer both at her church and at her daughters’ school.
Kelly, Dental Hygienist
Kelly is a dental hygienist at the practice. She received her RDH degree from Fox Valley Technical College in 2017. Kelly has been a member of the practice since 2019.
Kelly is a highly skilled clinician. She has received advanced training in airway management, effects of tobacco use on oral health, and dental implants. She is CPR certified and licensed to deliver local anesthetic. Kelly has performed volunteer clinical hours at both the Tri-County Community Dental Clinic, and at the Veteran’s Affairs Outpatient Clinic. Kelly says that her favorite thing about being a Dental Hygienist is getting to meet and interact with people, while understanding each of their unique dental needs. She takes pride in making each patient as comfortable as possible during their dental visits.
Kelly was born and raised in Door County, and she graduated from Sturgeon Bay High School in 2011. A strong believer in giving back to her community, Kelly has volunteered at Mission of Mercy, and the YMCA for the Healthy Kids Day. When she is not working, Kelly enjoys being with her family. She is an outdoor enthusiast and loves biking, boating, hunting, fishing, and taking long walks with her dog.
Emily, Front Desk Reception
Emily works at the front desk and reception at the practice. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Mathematics from Loyola University. She is CPR certified. Emily has been with the practice since 2020.
Emily has 8 years’ experience in customer service and management. She is very detail oriented and organized. She helps to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. Emily is able to discuss and answer patient’s questions regarding their treatment plans, and schedule appropriate, efficient appointments for them to receive their necessary treatment in a timely manner. Emily can answer questions regarding patient’s accounts. She understands dental insurance and will help patients maximize their benefit.
Emily enjoys spending time training her Border Collie, Wrigley. She loves art, music and singing. In summer, Emily likes to spend time on the lake with family and friends.
Becky, Dental Assistant
Becky is a dental assistant at the practice. Becky earned a Certificate in Dental Assisting from Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College in 2004. She is CPR certified. She has been a member of the practice since 2005.
Becky is a wonderful asset to our team who understands both the clinical and administrative aspects of the practice. She assists in all dental procedures, assuring that every appointment runs efficiently. Her experience and knowledge allow her to provide valuable support and guidance to fellow team members. She is an asset to both her patients, and her coworkers. Always calm and understanding, Becky is able to answer patient questions. She is a team player who is always willing to provide support and guidance.
Becky and her husband have one son. In her spare time, Becky enjoys camping, walking her dog, shopping, and landscaping around the house. What she values most is time with family and friends.
Hannah, Dental Assistant
Hannah is a Dental Assistant at the practice. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and Sociology in 2018, from University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
Hannah has over 5 years’ experience in customer service and management. She has also worked as a pre-K educator, and taught workout classes for elders. She is CPR and first aid certified. Hannah has volunteered in the early childhood program at the YMCA, and at her church in the food pantry. Hannah is a people-person, and she loves getting to know her patients. She wants to make sure that they feel comfortable and welcomed. Hannah enjoys working as a team with her co-workers to make the day efficient, fun and fast.
Hannah is from Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Her favorite thing is to spend time with friends and family. Hannah loves the outdoors, and hiking with her husband and their Australian Shepherd, Monty. Hannah and her husband recently moved to Door County, and they are enjoying getting to know all the County has to offer.
